Our pricing

Skin Integrity Skin Cancer Centre is a private billing facility, and we appreciate full payment on the day of consultation. We offer several payment options, including cash, EFTPOS and credit card.

Except for Veterans who will be fully bulk-billed, patients will fall into one of two categories: Private and Concession, which includes concession card holders and children aged under 16.

For your convenience, we use Medicare online so your rebate will be refunded promptly. Please ask our staff for more information.

Why am I suddenly growing moles?

It is normal to grow new moles throughout your lifetime, particularly during childhood. However, new moles growing after the age of thirty should be checked by a doctor for your peace of mind, because new moles in later adulthood have a higher chance of being malignant (cancerous). New moles generally grow due to sun damage and UV exposure.

Where can I find a skin cancer clinic on the Central Coast?

Conveniently located near Terrigal Beach, Skin Integrity in Terrigal is 1.5 hours from the Sydney CBD. Parking is available in the small carpark at the front, however street parking or the free parking station in Wilson Road is best (entry via Kurrawyba Avenue). Please allow extra time when driving into Terrigal as traffic can be heavy. If you're taking public transport, there is a bus stop just across the road at Church St at Kurrawyba Ave.

Can you get a full body check for skin cancer?

Yes, a full-body skin cancer check - in which a doctor performs a comprehensive check of your entire skin surface with a dermatoscope from head to toe - is the mainstay for detecting sklin cancer. Skin cancer cannot be diagnosed with the naked eye and requires special tools to see beneath the skin's surface to identify changes in the cells. Skin cancer is curable if detected early enough, which is why professional full skin checks with a doctor are so important.
