Dr Alexandra (Ali) Gehrmann completed her medical degrees in 2014 at The University of Queensland and went on to practise on the Sunshine Coast, Sydney, and Byron Bay, where she developed an interest in skin cancer medicine. She has worked in skin cancer clinics for the past few years and enjoys all aspects of skin cancer care – from awareness to diagnosis, through to topical and surgical management of skin lesions. As the disease is largely preventable, Dr Gehrmann strives to help her patients detect and treat skin malignancies in a timely manner so we can all safely enjoy the outdoors.
