Dr Mazharul Islam has been practising skin cancer medicine and surgery since 2019. He holds an Advanced Certificate of Dermoscopy and Skin Cancer Surgery and regularly undertakes additional postgraduate training to keep his skills up to date and provide his patients with optimal care. Dr Islam enjoys skin cancer management from diagnosis to treatment and is particularly passionate about the surgical craft of treating skin lesions.
Dr Islam is especially interested in teaching and research. He completed his medical training at Dhaka Medical College (University of Dhaka) in Bangladesh and obtained his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2018.
