MBBS, FRACGP, Prof Cert Skin Cancer Medicine
Dr Tim Scrivener has worked exclusively in skin cancer medicine for many years and is currently studying his master’s degree in Skin Cancer at The University of Queensland. He holds postgraduate qualifications in the field, including a Professional Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine, and completed a six-month clinical attachment at a tertiary hospital dermatology department.
Dr Scrivener's focused interest in skin cancer medicine stems from his belief that all Australians should have convenient access to early detection and world-class management of skin cancer. In pursuit of this goal for his patients, he has transitioned from general medicine into full-time primary care dermatology and skin cancer management. He is especially skilled at detecting and diagnosing skin malignancies and performing biopsies and definitive treatment through medical or surgical management. He believes he is privileged to be able to make a real difference to his patients’ lives.
