Dr Colin Armstrong graduated from Flinders University in 1990. He worked in various general practices throughout Brisbane before pursuing his interest in skin cancer medicine and obtaining a master's degree in Skin Cancer from The University of Queensland. He also holds additional university-certified qualifications in skin cancer medicine, surgery and dermoscopy and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Dr Armstrong undertakes regular professional development courses and teaches Australia's only university-certified Advanced Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine course to fellow GPs, delivered through our sister organisation HealthCert Education in collaboration with Bond University.
