Dr Melissa Kwee is an Accredited Skin Cancer Doctor who has practised skin cancer medicine since 2016. After completing her medical degree at Monash University in Melbourne in 2011, she went on to obtain a portfolio of further certifications in skin cancer diagnosis and treatment from the Skin Cancer College Australasia, and she also helps instruct surgical workshops for other doctors via HealthCert Education.
For the past seven years, Dr Kwee previously worked at Frankston Hospital and in skin cancer clinics in Frankston, Carnegie, Mornington, and Bunyip, where she performed full dermoscopic skin checks, mole mapping, and both non-surgical and surgical treatments including complex flap and graft procedures. She has published research papers in skin surgery. Dr Kwee enjoys creating patient-centred skin health management plans that balance both good treatment outcomes and patient needs, and she looks forward to welcoming existing and new patients for a skin check in Berwick.
