Leesa is an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse and qualified Melanographer who has been a valued member of The Gardens Skin Cancer Centre team since 2016. She has a strong foundation in skin cancer nursing and has progressively advanced her clinical skills through formal training in dermoscopy and melanography.
In 2023, Leesa completed her Melanography Certificate through HealthCert, supported by clinical mentorship from senior skin cancer doctors Dr Paul Evans and Dr Stephen Zhao. This guidance helped refine her dermoscopic technique and diagnostic confidence.
Leesa performs comprehensive full-body skin checks using advanced imaging systems, with a focus on early detection, prevention, and patient reassurance. Known for her calm and compassionate approach, she is committed to ensuring patients feel informed and supported throughout their care.
Leesa continues to pursue ongoing professional development and is dedicated to delivering high-quality skin cancer screening services.
