Let's talk about acne

In this short video, Skin Therapist Amanda talks about some effective treatments for this common skin condition, and shares some great advice for controlling it.

It's important to consult with both your Doctor and Skin Therapist about your acne, as the two work closely together to help manage your symptoms from both a medical and cosmetic point of view.

Some of the effective treatments available to treat acne include LED light therapy (amazing for inflammatory acne), chemical peels (great for decongesting the skin), oral antibiotics, and many more.

Amanda talks about some of the factors that can actually make acne worse (like picking and squeezing your pimples!) and how we can use skincare to help control and prevent acne breakouts.

Plus, Amanda shares a top tip for getting rid of those big pesky pimples that appear right before a big event!
