Everyone is different, which means your individual skin concerns and goals are unique to you! However, a typical skin consultation starts with getting to know you and your skin, and gauging what you'd like to achieve.

We ask about your previous skin issues and any past treatments you've had to gain a comprehensive understanding of what you're dealing with, and then we work with you to formulate a treatment plan that's tailored to your circumstances.

When you come in for the free consultation with one of our Skin Therapists, we'll also take a look at what's happening beneath the layers of your skin with our SkinScope imaging tool.

We'll take you through all the treatments that could be beneficial for you and answer any questions you might have, so we can ensure you see the best results!

The consultation is a chance for us to educate you about your skin health and develop a treatment plan; it's totally non-binding and we'll be transparent about the costs involved with your treatment, should you choose to proceed.

Skin consultations with our Skin Therapists are free of charge. Consultations with our Doctors cost $125 and this is redeemable towards the cost of your treatment.

If you would like to speak to a Doctor or Skin Therapist about your skin concerns, please call us or book your appointment online.
